The RE/MAX City Centre summer movie series has been a perfect addition to summertime in Sioux City. A recent showing of the Sandlot also featured local legend JD Scholten. JD recently made a movie-like comeback with the Sioux City Explorers at the young age of 44. He has since been featured on ESPN, Barstool Sports, and the New York Daily Post for his unblemished 3-0 record. He signed autographs and movie goers were able to enjoy one of the most classic sports movies or all-time. If you need something to do next weekend, the summer movie series will finsih up with the Little Mermaid. Just $5 gets you a movie, popcorn, water, and potentially a picture with a surprise guest. We are home of the Plymouth County Fair, Ice Cream Days and the Fourth of July fireworks are also spectacular event to watch every year! New to town, CHIX Chicken & Waffles is located at 35 Central Ave NW and we are so excited to have this great restaurant join the downtown area with it's hand breaded chicken tenders and fluffy waffles, and much more!!
